Terms and Conditions
Please read our terms and conditions listed opposite before 'The Carpet G' arrives at your property. If you have any questions then please do not hesitate to contact us.
1. We are not responsible for any existing damage to the clients property in the form of old stains/burns/spillages etc. which cannot be removed completely by the cleaning operative using the industry standard cleaning products and methods.
2. The Client agrees to inspect the work immediately after it has been completed and to draw attention to the Supervisor if unsatisfied with anything. The Supervisor will carry out any further work within reason.
The Carpet G reserves the right to refuse a request to do any extra cleaning upon vacating the property.

3. The fee is payable upon completion. The client may opt to pay by cash or BACS.
Payments Accepted
Payment can be made after the service has been carried out. It can be made by bank transfer, cash, or through a payment link which can be send via email. Invoices are also available.
Billing
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes cancellations may need to take place. Please give a minimum of 48 hours notice otherwise there will be a 10% charge of your bill.
